Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the Service to function — to keep you signed in and to securely tie a browser to the team it is allowed to bid for. They are not used for advertising and cannot be turned off while using the Service.

Commissioner session cookie

• Name: better-auth.session_token
• Purpose: keeps a commissioner securely signed in to their account and organization between requests.
• Type: essential, first-party, HTTP-only.

Bidder team cookie

• Name: team:{tournamentId} (one per tournament you join)
• Purpose: after you claim a team, this signed cookie binds your browser to that one team within that one tournament, so only you can place its bids. No account or password is involved.
• Type: essential, first-party, HTTP-only and cryptographically signed. It stores a team identifier and a signature — no personal details.
• Lifetime: up to 30 days.

What we don’t use

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Because the two cookies above are essential, blocking them will prevent you from signing in or placing bids.
